At Deea Boutique, we reserve each appointment time exclusively for you. Our therapists prepare tailored treatment plans and set aside dedicated time to give you their full attention. To be respectful of that commitment, and to ensure every client has the opportunity to access care, we have the following cancellation policy in place.
We ask for a minimum of 48 hours advance notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another client who may be waiting.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests received within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.
Missed appointments without prior notice are charged at the full service price. This helps us sustain the quality of care and availability for all our clients.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us directly by phone at (778) 536-7075 or by email at deeaboutiqueskincare@gmail.com. You may also manage your booking through the online scheduling system where you originally booked your appointment.
We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you experience an emergency, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We will always do our best to accommodate you if you arrive late, however please be aware that your treatment time may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. The full service price will still apply. To avoid any disruption, we recommend arriving 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
